The MY Community Health Foundation was created to support MyCHN in its mission to provide quality healthcare for all. We are here to serve individuals and families facing financial barriers to care by expanding access to services and advocating for a more equitable healthcare system. Everyone deserves the opportunity to receive and afford the healthcare they need—regardless of their insurance status. Through community support, donations, and sponsorships, we help fund essential healthcare services while also advocating at local, state, and federal levels to push for lasting policy changes. Together, we are building a future where healthcare is truly accessible to everyone.

- Attending any of MY Community Health Foundations events is a great way of showing your support towards our mission and vision. These events also stand as great exposure to the services that MyCHN provides in the communities we serve.
- A recurring event that is held annually is “Dodge for a Cause.” This dodgeball fundraising tournament happens every summer and the proceeds go towards projects that My Community Health Foundations, parent organization, MyCHN have planned, in addition to assisting patients, families, and the community in getting proper health care.
