Our cause is to support access to quality healthcare through MyCHN and MY Community Health Foundation, including funding services, programs, and initiatives that expand healthcare accessibility for uninsured and underinsured communities.
Our Mission
Dodge for a Cause tournament is a fun and competitive event designed to unite our community and support MY Community Health Foundation.
All proceeds from this tournament will help fund MY Community Health Foundation’s mission to improve access to essential health services, ensuring everyone in our community has the care they need to thrive. This event is crucial in supporting MyCHN’s delivery of healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured populations, improving outcomes, and advocating for equitable care.
Our work is centered around people. We are committed to serving every patient, staff member, and community partner who walks through our doors, irrespective of their ability to pay.
